Large glazed surfaces and a layout drawn from contemporary home design reshape life on board, creating open, light-filled spaces that stay in constant conversation with the outside world.
Light, sea, comfort
The Settantotto 78 brings in design solutions you would usually find on much larger yachts, there to offer comfort, privacy and freedom of movement, and to make the most of every moment on board. The naval architecture is Aldo Cranchi.
Aft, the beach area opens up like a terrace over the sea, a fluid, adaptable space that reaches out towards the water and deepens the bond with everything around.
One space flows naturally into the next: from the cockpit, where the seating area becomes a dining spot looking out to the horizon, all the way to the bow, where sunpads and a lounge area invite you to enjoy the sea in complete freedom.
Broad and airy, the flybridge is the true heart of life on board, a space made for coming together and sharing the moment.
Superyacht by nature
The interior layout takes its cue from the largest superyachts, with generous volumes and a careful balance between the guest areas and the spaces set aside for the crew.
The galley sits in its own room, apart from the dining area, so guests keep their privacy, while dedicated crew routes let the captain reach the helm directly without crossing the social spaces.
The crew quarters show the same care, with a captain’s cabin kept separate from the rest of the crew, something you rarely find in this class. A dedicated laundry area aft keeps everything running smoothly and in good order on board.
The Settantotto 78 was designed by Christian Grande and his studio, with an approach rooted in architecture and residential living.
