A structured path, designed to guide new talent from the fundamentals through to full professional independence. Cranchi Academy is the advanced training programme through which we invest in new generations and in the ongoing growth of our people.

Training is continuous and covers every specialist process, from shaping the materials to the electrical and plumbing systems and the final finishing. New team members begin in our Academy, working alongside a tutor at dedicated workbenches. They are closely guided but have the freedom to experiment and learn.
