Cranchi renews its offer of boats under 30 feet.
Cranchi will introduce the E26 at the next Nassa Boat Show 2018 (in Lugano from 7th to 9th September 2018) as a world premiere, a new project, designed in two proposals: Classic and Rider. These are not two versions of the same model: the E26 Classic and the E26 Rider are two boats with a strong and precise identity. Two boats sharing a unique vision: offering owners who choose a boat of this size an exclusive, multi-purpose product with a distinctive style.
The E26 can be a tender in service to a large yacht or to a villa and, when the owner gets on board, they will feel satisfied with their desire for elegance and class. The E26 can also be the ideal solution for day cruising: beautiful, versatile, functional, unmistakable; an object capable of giving value to leisure time, the luxury goods par excellence.
From today, those who choose an eight meter can aspire to the best: because an eight meter can be a noble boat. This is borne out by a long tradition, which had one of the protagonists in Cranchi. “Small” boats born from the intuitions of historic Italian shipyards that have fascinated generations and conquered the marinas of the whole world. The E26 evokes that tradition with a noble but absolutely up-to-date design: clean, soft, flowing and essential lines, as befits a new classic. Christian Grande’s design choices have been translated into essential and characterful lines. The straight vertical bow that characterizes the E26 Classic and Rider profile is a precise declaration of intent, a true manifesto of contemporary design: transmits from the first glance the classic and sporty character of the boat; he cites a glorious era of boating and actualizes it with extreme simplicity, without superfluous elements, with a domineering beauty that arises from the essential.
It is a tradition that today is renewed and becomes current: the E26 are performing boats, built with innovative production methods, combining wisely natural and technological materials. They are boats suitable for navigation along the coast and offshore and which require minimal maintenance, even after an entire season in the water. And above all they are versatile boats. Each boat owner will find in E26 an answer tailored to their needs: tender or day cruiser, boat for an elegant picnic or for a small cruise, to reach the pier or to escape in their own corner of secret paradise, alone, in a couple or with friends.
Together with the strong characterization of the design, the multi-purpose nature of these boats is the peculiar aspect of the E26 project. A versatility that the shipyard wanted to emphasize at the most by declining the concept into two distinct products: the E26 Classic, proposed with inboard engine, and the E26 Rider with outboard engine. If the Classic enhances the stylistic solutions and the noble tone of the design choices, the Rider accentuates the versatility of the product, with a strong presence of convertible furniture elements and with the possibility to customize the cockpit layout in an important way.
The E26 Classic is UNIQUE, the E26 Rider is INFINITE. The Classic is ICONIC, the Rider is UNEXPECTED. The former has the power of SEDUCTION, the latter has the charm of the SURPRISE.
The first model to debut, in September 2018, will be E26 Classic.
E26 Classic. Single. Iconic. Classic
Proposed with inboard engine, the E26 Classic can be called a day tender.
To suggest its tender vocation is the elegance of the lines and the choices of decor, in perfect balance between retro suggestions and contemporary essentiality.
Nevertheless, the E26 Classic proposes itself as a splendid day cruiser: the profile of the boat and the pilot station promise sportiness and the performances keep the promise, while the feeling of comfort and wellness on board is enhanced by the distinctive and unique style of this model.
There are strong references to tradition, such as the teak bow deck, which recalls the classic heritage of wooden boats and acts as a visual counterpoint to the aft deck, also covered in teak.
And there is certainly no shortage of innovative and functional solutions. The comfort on board is ensured starting from the large aft sundeck that covers the engine compartment in which it also houses a retractable bimini top that can provide shade to the cockpit if necessary. The boat center dinette is served by an L-shaped seat that gives continuity to the stern sundeck and two pivoting seats (for right-hand rider and co-driver on the left) that can be directed towards the bow while sailing and towards the stern in moments of conviviality. To accentuate the sporty character of the E26 Classic contributes the wraparound windscreen and full-beam that offers protection to the pilot and those who support him. At the center of the windshield opens a way out that gives practical access to the foredeck. Under the same bridge there is a small cabin and a toilet compartment, to ensure a comfortable stay on board throughout the day and, if desired, even at night.
